3. AI Feedback Disclaimer

AI-generated feedback is intended for practice purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI suggestions may not always be correct or complete. Our scoring does not guarantee actual exam results. Always consult official exam materials and instructors for final preparation.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• One account per user

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for cheating or academic dishonesty
• Submit offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security
• Share or resell your account credentials

6. Intellectual Property

Your writing submissions remain your intellectual property. The platform's content, design, exam configurations, and AI analysis tools are owned by Writing Muscle.

7. Free & Paid Plans

We offer a demo account and free features. Paid plans (if any) are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

Writing Muscle is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
